Spring Fling Registration

We are pleased to invite you to the 2008 Spring Fling Slo-Pitch Tournament for cancer research, benefiting CancerCare Manitoba Foundation. The tournament will be held at Little Mountain Sportsplex in Winnipeg on the weekend of May 2^nd to 4^th, 2008.  Registration is $250 for the weekend.   

All proceeds to CancerCare Manitoba Foundation 

This weekend tournament will include:

• 4 game minimum tournament
• Social Friday night, including silent auction
• 1 prize for early-bird entry (free tournament entry)
• Several divisions for players (including competitive, intermediate, recreational)
• Massage therapist on site
• Professional photographer for team pictures on Sunday (www.rmphoto.ca – Ron MacLean Photography)

 Registration Deadlines: Early Bird:  April 1, 2008  Draw will be made April 2, 2008 and teams will be notified by email by April 5^th.Regular:  May 1, 2008 Camping is available on-site (Little Mountain) for $15/night or $20/weekend.  First come first serve.  Cheques made payable to Spring Fling Tournament Registration forms are available by e-mailing springflingtourney@mts.net.
